How to Prepare:
Stand with your back against a wall and notice how the wall supports your weight.
Now step away from the wall and stand back-to-back with someone you
trust.
Gently lean into each other so both of your backs provide support.
Take a few steps forward together, then slowly lean back again, allowing the shared balance to hold you.
Silent Inquiry: What changes when I allow support rather than trying to hold everything on my own?
Cue: Notice how your body responds when trust is present.
Pause for a moment and feel the stability created when two people lean in with care and attention.
This demonstration strengthens trust, presence, and balanced communication through shared support.
