How to Prepare:
Find a comfortable seat - either on a cushion or in a chair with both feet grounded.
Place one hand over
your heart and the other over your throat.
Silent Inquiry: What does my heart need to hear from me right now?
Cue: Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Breathe in slowly, and as you exhale, imagine sending a kind message from your heart to your mind.
Stay with this gentle exchange for 2-4 minutes, noticing any shifts in your inner dialogue.
This demonstration strengthens compassionate awareness through embodied listening.
