Dear BRIDGE Community,
THE BRIDGE is a Unique Educational Platform that Demonstrates Change and Positive Action.
It exists to be
lived, practiced, and felt.
Education works best when it moves through the body, steadies the mind, and shows up in how we make decisions, relate to others, and care for ourselves day to day. That is the foundation of THE BRIDGE Empowers.
This Week Inside THE BRIDGE
Self love is beautiful and it feels so good, yet it can often be
misunderstood.
It is commonly framed as effort, discipline, or improvement. Something to work toward or achieve. But in lived experience, self love rarely begins with action.
More
often, it begins with alignment.
Alignment with your body.
Alignment with your pace.
Alignment with what feels true rather than what looks right.
What I notice most is how often people override their own signals in order to keep moving, not a lack of care for
self connecting, or contributing.
Think about this for a minute: When the body is ignored, self love feels abstract.
When the body is honored, self love becomes practical. Let that land.
This week inside THE BRIDGE, our focus is on self love as inner alignment. The ability to stay with yourself without rushing, correcting, or abandoning your own rhythm.
It is about staying present with what already is.
