| BRIDGE Yin for Reflective Leaders Grounded in a deep understanding of Shy, Quiet & Loud
Introverts |
Dear BRIDGE Community,
Something interesting happened this week.
As I looked back at Saturday's BRIDGE Yin, I realized the opening reflection and the weekly practice had naturally become two separate experiences.
At first, I thought it was
unusual.
Then I realized perhaps it was exactly as it was meant to be.
The reflection became today's message.
The BRIDGE Yin pose became this week's activity.
One invited contemplation.
The other invited participation.
Perhaps I am building new BRIDGEs without even realizing it.
So today, I invite you to spend time with the reflection that inspired this week's BRIDGE Yin.
What happened to you this week?
Have you ever had moments where you could almost pinch yourself to see if they were real?
I experienced that feeling several times this week.
The conversations, opportunities, friendships, creativity, and unexpected moments seemed to arrive all at once. There were times when I found myself pausing simply to take it all in.
The way it landed for me was this:
I have come to accept that the universe is as generous as it is unpredictable.
It
is ready to give.
It is ready to teach.
It is ready to take away.
Each
experience carries a lesson, a gift, or a reminder to appreciate what is here today.
Perhaps that is why gratitude matters so much.
Not because life is perfect, but because every moment is temporary.
When we learn to receive fully, we learn to live fully.
RaRa-ology of the Week
"The gifts of receiving are often prepared by abundance, strengthened by
gratitude, and revealed through the lessons we learn along the way."
Maybe some messages need their own space.
