Dear BRIDGE Community,
This Saturday morning, as the world stirs awake, I invite you to join me for our BRIDGE Yin moment. It’s 9:00 a.m. EDT and we are here-together, present, and open to what this day might bring.
This week, I found myself drawn outside, walking beneath a sky so blue it felt almost endless. There was nothing
complicated about it-no agenda, no rush. Just the simple act of stepping out, breathing in, and allowing the morning to meet me before I tried to shape it.
Later, as the afternoon light softened, I found myself by the water. The sky stretched wide, the current moved steadily, and the air felt remarkably clean. Somewhere between these two walks-one in the early quiet, one by the expansive water-something opened. The sky, the water, the movement: they gave me more than I
expected. Ideas came in waves, creativity returned, my thoughts stretched wider, and my nervous system found room to breathe. Most of all, I noticed the friends around me-steady, present, making a difference in ways both quiet and bold. That is not a small thing.
Sometimes we believe we need more time, more strategy, more evidence. But then the body gets outside, the eyes see distance, the lungs fill with air, and the heart remembers: we are not here to miss every moment while
waiting for perfect timing.
