BRIDGE Yin Pose of the Week: Supported Warrior

Focus / Chakra:
Heart 🟢 and Throat 🔵 connection

Insight:
If you’ve been moving forward with focus lately, but everything feels a bit… narrow, this is for you.

Purpose:
To gently open the body, lift your gaze, and reconnect to what’s possible beyond what you’re currently seeing.

Energetic Summary

This week is about looking up.

Not in a forced way. Just a small shift.

When we stay locked into what’s right in front of us, we miss what’s sitting just above it.

This practice gives you a bit more space.
A bit more room to breathe.
Without needing to push anything.

How to Prepare:

Grab a chair, a wall, or some blocks, whatever feels easiest.

Step one foot forward into a soft lunge.
Let your back leg stay steady.

Place your hands on your support in front of you.
Then just start to let your chest lift a little.

No rush here.

The Practice

From here, lengthen through your spine.

Slowly lift your gaze.

Let your chest rise and your eyes follow.

Let your eyes move slightly above where you’d normally look.

Pause.

Breathe.

Feel what’s holding you up.

And just notice, what changes when you look up?

Stay for a few breaths, then ease your way back.

Ginger Cinnamon Oat Milk with Chia

Oat milk | soft and calming
Ginger | warms things up and supports digestion
Cinnamon | brings balance and comfort
Chia seeds | gives you something to hold onto, steady energy

How to prepare

Warm your oat milk slowly.

Add some fresh grated ginger or a pinch if that’s what you have.
Sprinkle in cinnamon.

Give it a stir.

Add your chia seeds and let them soften a bit.

Pour it into your favorite cup.

Pause before you take that first sip.
