This week’s nourishment supports release and stability. Warm grains, roasted root vegetables, and a hint of turmeric create a steady, grounding meal that allows your system to settle and restore.
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
1 sweet potato (cubed)
1 carrot (sliced)
1 zucchini (chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: handful of greens or fresh herbs
Instructions:
Roast sweet potato and carrot with olive oil, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper at 400°F until tender.
Prepare your grain of choice.
Combine grains, roasted vegetables, and fresh greens if desired.
Serve warm.
