Recipe / Preparation
Notes
Infuse & Blend: Gently heat 1 cup of almond milk in a small saucepan and add dried lavender buds; let them steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain. In a blender, combine the lavender-infused almond milk, a handful of blueberries and a drizzle of honey (or maple syrup) and blend until smooth
Add Chia & Chill: Stir in
¼ cup chia seeds and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until it thickens into a pudding-like texture
Prepare Almond Cream: While the chia pudding chills, whip or blend almond cream (store‑bought or homemade) until light and airy. If making your own, blend soaked almonds with a splash of almond milk until
smooth.
Assemble: Layer the thickened chia pudding with dollops of almond cream in a glass or bowl. Top with fresh blueberries, a few lavender blossoms, mint leaves and a final drizzle of honey.
Serve & Savour: Allow the bowl to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating to let the flavours bloom.
Audience Insight (Introverts)
Quiet Ritual: Making chia pudding is a slow, meditative process—infusing lavender, stirring the seeds, layering the cream. It encourages introverts to enjoy a quiet ritual, prepare ahead, and awaken to a ready-made treat.
Sensory Balance: The gentle aroma of lavender and the cool
texture of chia pudding create a sensory refuge. For those who recharge alone, the pop of blueberries and the creamy finish offer a moment of mindfulness and delight.
Nervous-System Support: Introverts often experience overstimulation in social settings; ingredients like lavender and mint are known for their calming effects, and omega‑3s from chia seeds nourish brain function
Intuitive Connection: The Ajna (third-eye) and Anahata (heart) chakra focus aligns with introverts’ introspective nature, inviting them to trust their intuition and feel harmony within.
