This morning I watched the sunrise through my window. A thin quiet beam stretched across the floor. In that stillness I felt the gentle invitation to begin not with motion, but with awareness. For us introverts presence is not busy or loud. It is the ability to settle into a subtle rhythm and witness the beauty tucked into quiet corners of the day. ☀️

Too often routines pull us outward before we have greeted ourselves inside. Today let’s experiment with pausing before the notifications. Before the planning. Before our minds start forecasting. A simple breath in and an unhurried moment of recognition is enough. 🌬

Stay for two to five minutes or longer if you feel nourished.

Can I return one breath at a time.

Let the ribs expand on the inhale like wings opening. Allow the body to settle with every exhale. No rush. Presence is your quiet leadership.

Soothing Blueberry Oat Bowl

Chakra Support
Root: oats ground the nervous system
Throat: berries calm the mind

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1 tsp chia
• pinch of sea salt
• maple syrup

Preparation: Simmer until soft. Stir in chia. Serve warm.
