🌬️ THE BRIDGE Yin Pose of the Week: Banana Pose (Bananasana)
A gentle side body stretch done lying down, often called the “Yin Savasana upgrade.”
🧭 Why This Pose?
- Banana Pose offers deep rest, emotional release, and physical lengthening—all while staying low-effort and accessible.
- It’s beautifully versatile: deeply emotional, purely physical, or simply a space to
be.
- Ideal for all introverts, no matter your energy level.
🔮 Chakra Focus
- Side Body (Liver + Gallbladder Meridians)
- Solar Plexus & Heart Chakra
Theme: Making Space for Myself
This is a practice in creating internal space for your emotions, your dreams, and your quiet power.
- 🌀 Shy Introverts: Feels safe and cocooned while gently opening space inside—no pressure to “perform” stillness.
- 🌀 Quiet Introverts: Expands breath and emotional space without requiring any verbal expression. You can stay in your world while physically opening up.
- 🌀 Loud
Introverts: Softens overdrive and helps recalibrate nervous system energy without needing to “do” anything. Encourages ease in being rather than acting.
