Dear BRIDGE Reader,
Theme: Honouring the Hips with Ease
A Weekly Reflection for Nervous System Restoration + Structured Stillness
✨ RaRa-ology of the
Week
“Today we are crafting news, shaping outcomes, and making space for something big.
If you’ve been wondering how big things come your way—say Yes. Say it with your spine.
Be in integrity. That’s how doors swing open.”
Let that land.
Let that lift you.
💡 This Week’s Insight
There are seasons when your hips hold too much.
Stress.
Stillness. Strain.
Sometimes it’s not about doing more—it’s about releasing what you didn’t know you were carrying.
This week’s pose invites softness as strength.
Instead of pushing forward, it lets your body trust again—gently.
🧘♀️ Pose of the Week: Reclined Bound Angle (Supported)
Sanskrit: Supta Baddha Konasana
This pose calms the nervous system, opens the hips, and reminds the body it is safe to
receive.
🔧 How To Set It Up:
Sit at the center of your mat or bed.
Place a bolster or long pillow lengthwise behind your lower back.
Bring the soles of your feet together and let your knees fall open.
Slide cushions, towels, or yoga blocks under both thighs for full support.
Gently recline back onto the bolster.
Rest arms beside you, palms up—or one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Stay for 3–10 minutes, breathing
slowly.
To exit: Bring knees together and roll gently to one side.
🌿 Focus Areas:
Inner hips and groin
Pelvic floor
Lower back and fascia
Deep breath-to-body awareness
🌬 Sensory Cues:
Let gravity hold your hips.
Feel your belly expand and soften.
Let stillness speak for you.
🤲 Permission Slip:
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to slow
down.
You are allowed to rebuild forward.
🔌 The Power of the Mind-Body Connection
Your breath is not a break—it’s a strategy.
When you calm your body, you create space for better decisions, deeper relationships, and stronger leadership.

💌 SendOutCards Corner
This week, send a card to someone who showed up for you—especially when you didn’t expect it.
Sometimes the most
powerful message is a simple “thank you.”
