A Face-Down Grounding for Deep Release
🌬️ Instructions & Setup:
Lie face down on your mat or soft surface.
Stack your hands or forearms and gently rest your forehead on top.
Allow your big toes to touch and your
heels to drop outward.
Soften your belly. Breathe into your ribs.
Optional: Place a folded blanket or bolster beneath your chest for support.
Let gravity guide your breath deeper. Let the floor take your weight.
