A balancing posture that invites poise, presence, and a flexible mind.

• Begin in Triangle Pose with your right leg forward.
• Bend your right knee and shift your weight into your right foot.
• Float your left leg up, keeping it extended and strong.
• Right hand rests on the ground or a block beneath your shoulder.
• Extend your left arm toward the sky.
• Gaze forward or up—find your point of stillness.
• Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Switch sides.

• Core muscles
• Ankles and calves
• Spine and shoulders
