Life rarely moves in straight lines—sometimes, we’re asked to twist, adapt, and find our breath in the midst of challenge. This pose is a physical metaphor for embracing life’s unexpected turns and discovering peace within the complexity.

Loving ourselves is always the answer—especially when life feels complicated. Each twist is a chance to meet ourselves with compassion and patience.

• How to Prepare: Stand with feet together, bend your knees, and sit your hips back as if lowering into a chair. Bring your palms together at your heart. On an exhale, twist your torso to the right, hooking your left elbow outside your right knee. Keep your hips level and your breath steady. Stay for 5–8 breaths, then unwind and repeat on the other side.
