Hello Dear BRIDGE Reader,
Imagine yourself…
You’re standing in a quiet space, free from distractions. You take a deep breath in, feeling the cool air fill your lungs. As you exhale, a sense of release washes over you. Your shoulders drop, your mind slows, and for the first time in a long time, you feel present.
Now, imagine
listening—not to the noise of the outside world, but to the subtle messages your body has been trying to tell you.
Have you ever felt that way? Like your body is sending you messages you’ve been too busy to hear?
This is the dance we all experience—the way our thoughts, emotions, and physical state intertwine. When we’re out of sync, we feel it in tension, fatigue, or stress. But when we tune in, something
shifts. We gain clarity, strength, and a deep sense of ease that we never realized was possible.
An Invitation to Align Your Mind & Body
I want to invite you to step into this shift with me—not as another task to complete, but as a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
I’ve created The Power of Mind-Body Connection: BRIDGE Yin—a space where we meet, reflect, and take small
but powerful steps to bridge the gap between where we are and where we want to be.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about awareness and alignment.
If this resonates with you, imagine what’s possible when you start listening to your body with curiosity instead of resistance.
Emotional Release Exercise: Let Go & Breathe
Take a moment right now… Close your eyes, take a deep breath,
and imagine releasing the tension you’ve been carrying.
🌬 Step 1: Find a quiet space where you can be still.
💨 Step 2: Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, counting to four. Hold for four seconds.
🔥 Step 3: As you exhale through your mouth, imagine releasing the weight of stress, doubt, or resistance.
✍️ Step 4: Write down a thought, emotion, or belief you’re ready to
release. If it feels right, tear up the paper or safely burn it.
🌿 Step 5: Place your hand on your heart, breathe in again, and silently affirm: I choose peace. I choose alignment.
How does it feel to let go? To create space for something new?
I made ravioli this week & it was so therapeutic for me.
Here I am creating & having fun doing something new.
A Gift for You:
A Moment of Gratitude
As you take this step toward deeper connection, I invite you to extend this energy outward.
Think of someone who has made an impact in your life. Someone who has uplifted you, supported you, or simply been there when you needed them most. Now imagine the joy they would feel receiving a heartfelt message from you.
I’ve been using Send Out Cards since 2009 as a way to connect meaningfully, and I’d
love for you to experience it too.
